Why Work With Me?

I have started the journey in 2003 with a remedial massage therapy training. As a lifelong learner I became dedicated to try new methods, learn new skills and competencies myself. Over the years, and after hundreds of hours of studies and practices I completed trainings not only to improve one’s physical wellbeing, but how to take care of our mental health as well. I am proud to mention, that I had a privilege to learn from some of the best scientist and therapist from the world. For example, Paul McKenna, who is a bestselling author and world know hypnotherapist.

With 2 decades of experience to help the mind, body and soul to restore its balance, focusing on the whole person, rather than one issue itself, I was able to help many people-online and in person- to improve their well-being.

Therefore, our focus (yes, ours: yours and mine) will be on you, as a whole being, in your transformational process, as we’ll get to know together what’s the best approach, what’s the best pace for you.

I share the methods and techniques I use in details on the Services for you page.

“Tamás makes me feel very relaxed and important during the session. He has also provided a number of techniques for me to use away from his sessions, so that I can get the full benefit of his treatments.”

Personal info

Sport and wellbeing were always my passion, what let me in a degree in Sport. Still working in sport coaching as well. I like to keep myself active, with cycling, running and gardening, and feel alive when I have my guitar in my hands and get lost in the music. I like to learn languages and go on adventures with friends and family.

I have the privilege taking part some lifechanging workshops with extraordinary people, who changed my life: Paul McKenna – Nr. 1 bestselling author/ Hypnotherapist, Donna Eden – Eden Energy Medicine, Gregg Braden – Scientist, teacher and bestseller author, or Dr Joe Dispenza – neuroscientist and many more.

Let’s get in touch!

I offer a wide range of tools and treatment in a relaxing environment. These sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs and best interest, to help the body to relax and recover and give you a peace of mind.

Sessions are available in person at West Bridgford and Cotgrave, and online.

How do you know when your body, mind and soul needs more support than a regular self-care practice?

How do I know, I need a treatment?

If you have a balanced diet, you have enough good quality sleep and have a great job, enjoying an active life you spend a lot of time outdoors, you probably are in very good health. WELL DONE!

However, if you are in pain, in doubt, in agony, under pressure, can not rest or sleep easily… Maybe you suffer from digestive, cardiovascular, pulmonary or musculoskeletal issues: this is the time to find a practitioner who can help with any of these conditions.

Please send me a message to hello@tomtherapy.co.uk to be able to help find a solution.

Do I need to do anything between the treatments?

After the treatment you will receive useful practices to do at home in your own time, to help your recovery and progress. These will be simple activities to keep you engaged in the recovery process.

How do I know if I have really changed?

After manual therapies you feel the tension and pain relief straight away. It is a great practice to discuss your expectation of the treatment with your therapist, who can give you a clear picture about the process as well.

Simple journalling can be a good way to follow the change in your body and mind.

Make some notes where you have any physical issues, pain, tension, discomfort, or things that are worrying you the most at the beginning of the sessions and see, how things change over the weeks. Depending on the issue, it can be a longer or shorter process.

What if my case is complicated?

Life is full of challenges. Even with complex issues, you need an initial consultation with your therapist to have a clear understanding for both of you, what to expect and what is the way forward. There is always a way to feel better! Never give up on your health, wellbeing and dreams!

“I like my regular session with Tamás, as he is approachable and with his wide range of knowledge and experience, he helped me to ease my everyday life struggles. I initially booked a few sessions for muscular tension release, what is an effect of my work. But after an overwhelming year, his stress relief sessions helped me to overcome some mental obstacles and reduced my stress level significantly. I am always looking forward to the next one.”
